Chinese Artist,
President of the SanBao Ceramic Art Institute in Jingdezhen China,
Jiansheng Li and my friend will be the guest lecturer at the Southwest School
of Art and Craft. The program starts at 7:00pm in the Russell Hill Rogers
Lecture Hall on the Navarro Campus. Jiansheng Li will speak about the 1000
years of ceramic tradition in Jingdezhen, Porcelain Capital of the world
and the fading cultural heritage . There are plans for a free workshop at
the University of Texas San Antonio the following weekend. Check back on

I am looking forward to soon seeing
new friends that were at the Malcolm Davis workshop in Tuscany this past
summer. The annual meeting of the National Council for Education in the
Ceramics Arts Conference in April in Phoenix Arizona.
